Driving School Network is not a party to such agreements.
- Refunds and Liability 5.1 Refunds or any financial disputes regarding driving lessons are the sole responsibility of the driving instructor. Driving School Network is not liable for any refunds or financial matters between learners and driving instructors. 5.2 Driving School Network is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the driving lessons. Any disputes or claims arising from such incidents should be resolved directly between the learner and the driving instructor.
- Intellectual Property 6.1 The content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Driving School Network or its licensors. 6.2 Users may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or display any of the content on the Website without prior written permission from Driving School Network.
